How do you keep tea fresh in them?
Tea loses its taste to light, damp and strong smells. The ceramic body keeps light out, and the wooden lid closes over the opening. Keep the jars away from the stove and the spice shelf, and always use a dry spoon. They suit sugar, coffee beans and other dry foods too.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth. Wash the inside by hand with warm water only when a jar is empty, then let the jar and its wooden lid dry fully before filling. Do not soak the wooden lids. Not for the microwave or dishwasher. Keep away from the stove and direct sun.
