These terms explain how ordering from Anaiza Nest works. By placing an order on anaizanest.com, you agree to them. Last updated 14 October 2026.

Anaiza Nest is a gifting house in Agargaon, Dhaka. You can reach us on +880 1886-004421 or at anaizanest@gmail.com.

Placing an order

When you place an order, we send you a confirmation. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that item with a full refund of anything you paid for it.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Special prices apply only for the dates shown on the site.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
• bKash, Nagad or Rocket: send the payment to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID (TrxID). We confirm your order once the payment is verified.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times and fees are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates; if a delay is likely, we will tell you.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before we hand it to the courier. After that, it can no longer be stopped. If you paid in advance and cancel in time, we refund the full amount within 3 to 5 days.

Damaged items, returns and refunds

Please open your parcel in front of the delivery agent and record the unboxing. If a piece arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with the video. Approved refunds are paid within 3 to 5 days. The full details are on our Returns page. We do not accept returns for a change of mind once a parcel has been delivered.

Product photos and colours

We photograph our own products and show them in true colour. Screens differ slightly, and glazes such as tenmoku and Ruyao are fired by hand, so the pattern varies a little from piece to piece. That variation is part of each piece, not a fault.

Corporate and bulk orders

For corporate and bulk gifts, ask for a quotation through our Corporate gifting page. The quotation confirms the products, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery date, and applies alongside these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
