How do you keep tea fresh in them?
Tea loses its taste to light, damp and strong smells. The ceramic keeps light out and the wooden lid closes over the opening. Keep the jars away from the stove and the spice shelf, and always use a dry spoon. They suit sugar, cardamom, coffee beans and other dry foods too.
How is it delivered?
Every set is checked and packed by hand in Dhaka. Delivery takes 1 to 3 days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 days across Bangladesh, with cash on delivery, or bKash, Nagad or Rocket. If a jar arrives damaged, send us the unboxing video within 3 days and we will put it right.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth. Wash the inside by hand with warm water only when a jar is empty, then let the jar and its wooden lid dry fully before filling. Do not soak the wooden lids. Not for the microwave or dishwasher. Keep away from the stove and direct sun.
