This page explains what information Anaiza Nest keeps about you, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. Last updated 14 October 2026.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if you give one. For gifts, the recipient's name, phone number and address.
  • When you pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket: the transaction ID, so we can match your payment. We never see or store your PIN.
  • When you create an account, join our newsletter or contact us: the details you enter in the form.
  • When you report a problem: the unboxing video and photos you send us.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To handle returns, refunds and corporate quotations.
  • To send you news about new pieces and special prices, only if you joined our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partner, only so they can deliver your parcel. We share nothing else, unless the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies it needs to work: keeping your cart, keeping you logged in and remembering your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking at present. If we add it in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first through the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty or refund question. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Unboxing videos are kept until your claim is settled.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email anaizanest@gmail.com or call +880 1886-004421, and we will reply within 7 days. We may need to keep order records that the law requires us to hold.
