How your gift is packed

Our team packs every order by hand at our warehouse in Dhaka. Fragile pieces are wrapped and cushioned so nothing moves inside the box, and many sets travel in their own gift box or fitted carry case.

Sending a gift to someone else

Enter the recipient's name, phone number and address at checkout, and we deliver straight to them. If you choose cash on delivery, the recipient pays the courier, so pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket if the gift should arrive fully paid.

Tracking your order

Use the Track order page at any time to see where your parcel is.

When the parcel arrives

Please open the box in front of the delivery agent and record a short video while you unbox it. If anything has been damaged on the way, that video lets us put it right quickly. Our Returns page explains the next steps.
