How does the teapot work?
The teapot is a clear, smoky glass pot with a ceramic infuser that sits in its top. Lift the infuser out when the tea is ready, and pour from the beak-shaped spout, which stops cleanly without dripping. A bamboo sleeve wraps the glass, so it stays cool enough to hold.

Why does each piece look a little different?
Each peach is painted by hand, stroke by stroke, under the glaze. The shape and colour of every peach vary slightly from piece to piece. This is the mark of hand painting, not a fault, and because the painting sits under the glaze it will not wear off with washing.
How is it delivered?
Every set is checked and packed by hand in Dhaka. Delivery takes 1 to 3 days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 days across Bangladesh, with cash on delivery, or bKash, Nagad or Rocket. If anything arrives damaged, send us the unboxing video within 3 days and we will put it right.

How do I care for it?
Wash the glass teapot, infuser and cups by hand in warm water with a soft sponge. Keep the bamboo sleeve dry: slide it off before washing and never soak it. Not for the microwave. Let every piece dry fully before packing it into the case.
